Great customer service

A few days after I received my blades I took a close look at them and realized they were not the right size. I sent an email stating this and sent a picture to show they were not the size I ordered and they apologized immediately and sent me new blades. The blades arrived relatively quickly and I placed them in my skates and they worked great.
