Important Notice about USA Tariff Charges

Good news!!! We have switched over all international shipments to FedEx. Shipping times are quicker, prices are very reasonable and most importantly there are no tariffs or additional fees!
Due to ongoing issues with customs, UPS has been incorrectly applying tariffs and duties on some cross-border shipments, even when proper documentation is provided. This has resulted in customers being charged unexpected fees upon delivery.
If you receive a COD charge from UPS, please note:
- You must pay the fee upfront to avoid delays or your package being returned.
- You can then dispute the charge directly with UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877.
UPS allows you to provide supporting documentation (contact us and we will provide the document), and they'll review the dispute and process a refund.
We understand this situation is frustrating and are monitoring it closely. Thank you for your patience as UPS works through the backlog of disputes.
