Due to ongoing issues with customs, UPS has been incorrectly applying tariffs and duties on many cross-border shipments, even when proper documentation is provided. This has resulted in customers being charged unexpected fees upon delivery.

If you receive a COD charge from UPS, please note:

• You must pay the fee upfront to avoid delays or your package being returned.
• You can then dispute the charge directly with UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877.

UPS allows you to provide supporting documentation (contact us and we will provide the document), and they'll review the dispute and process a refund.
